Improvising music = difficult.
I'm not sure what direction I was really taking with this first one. I think I was trying to use a consistent chord progression and it didn't quite work out. My expression of self-doubt is obvious.
I should clarify the rules of my musical experimentation, for those just joining in.
1.) One take only, even if it sounds like horrible gibberish
2.) I have to post it, even if I think it sucks
So here it is, please leave a nice comment about what you liked/disliked so that I can get better at recognizing my strengths/weaknesses as a musician.

Welcome to Bob's Experimental Ukulele Blog!
Hello everyone. As you may or may not have heard, I have been trying to learn new songs on the ukulele to play for everyone. In the last few weeks, I have posted several new videos to youTube and I have been making new ukulele friends along the way.
The main purpose of this blog is to encourage you to have a listen and rate my music. I don't care what rating you give me, just give me an honest rating, and forgive me for the poor video/audio recording devices that I have at the moment.
Meanwhile, if there is anybody out there that wishes to collaborate with me, I am open to any sort of collaboration that will help me become a better musician. I am also accepting donations of an old web-cam if you have one, so I don't have to keep borrowing a camera.
The other purpose of this blog is to highlight my experimental journey through music. It is my intention to post a song once a day that is completely improvised. This will no doubt sound really sketchy and of even worse quality than the songs I'm trying to show off, but I will label those as "Experimental Song - Song Title" on my youTube page so that you can tell them apart from the stuff that I'm NOT pulling out of a hat.
That said, please subscribe to this blog and leave feedback, and subscribe to my youTube page for video of Experimental Songs, and have a listen to some stuff that I've recorded to audio on my Myspace Music page; No rejoining MySpace required, unless you feel a need to leave a comment or download an mp3. :-)
